Yes.

The manual that came with the card would be a good start. Now, if you
don't have the manual, how do we know you don't have a pirated copy? :-)

I had a transwarp, but bought a used Zip Chip 8000 from some guy on
the net. Top speed is 8MHz. It's quite zippy. I like it. The old
transwarp would bomb too much for me.
No, I'm not willing to sell mine. The pins were a little bent when I
got it, and I made matters worse (broke a pin off, in fact) when I
installed it. I managed to solder the pin back on, and get it
installed, but I don't think I'll ever pull it out, because it's not
likely to ever go back in.
The only thing that doesn't work perfectly is that reset now takes
several seconds to "get through". So if I want an open-apple reset, I
have to hold down the open apple key for a few seconds after I hit
control and reset.
