I turned off the mouse in Proterm, but for a different reason. If I use
the mouse in any P8 programs that support it (Proterm, Appleworks, Copy
II+) it causes a high pitched whine to come from my computer the whole
time I am using the program. I think it is coming from the speaker, but
it is the type of noise you can't really tell where it is coming from.
Turning down the volume doesn't affect the whine as far as I can tell.
If anyone has any fixes for this, please let me know. Later.

P.S. I have a ROM 1 with a Zip, Sonic Blaster, Ramfast D, and ram
card.
