Hmm...that board offers a CGA-compatible output, right?  If your
monitor has a digital-RGB (CGA/EGA) input, it might work.  If you only
have analog RGB on your video card, your monitor will need to support
15.75 kHz horizontal sync and 60 Hz vertical sync.  If it can handle
those rates, you could use analog input instead of digital input (but
with only 16 colors to play with, digital RGB would work just as well
for your purposes and would be more of a "sure thing").
