Why not just buy the parts and make the cable yourself?  With the
RamFAST, you can easily solder a 50-pin IDC jack to the card (the
holes are on the card; just remove a capacitor that currently sits in
its place first).  Once that's done, get some 50-conductor ribbon
cable and a couple of 50-pin IDC plugs.  Match up pin 1 on both ends
to the red stripe on the cable (I'm assuming that you bought gray
cable instead of the rainbow-colored variety) and use a vise to attach
the connectors.  You're looking at about $10 or so in parts and about
1-2 hours to put it all together and make sure everything's wired
properly.
