I don't know about 115.6k, but I made it do 38.4 by replacing the crystal
oscillator with one of twice the value, and telling it to do 19.2k.  Try
replacing it with one that would make one of the baud rates available multiply
up ti 115.6k baud.

(You might have to try to find a new version of the 6551 ACAI, which may not
exist.  Possibly you should check out upgrading the 8530 on the GS's
motherboard.)
