Need Softcard CP/M boot disk!

I'm digging into my old ][+, and it appears that my only SoftCard
CP/M boot disk is unreadable.  Is there anyone out there that
is willing to either E-mail me an image of theirs, or snail mail
me a copy?

If you would like proof that I own CP/M, I'm willing to mail
you the serial number of my copy, and/or a uuencoded copy of
track 0 sector 0  (which is readable.).
