A week ago I requested your cooperation to join a short survey of the
users of c.s.apple2/misc.  So far there have been only 13 responses.
 
So - C'mon.  Lets get with it.  If this degree of lethargy remains, I'll
just E-mail the summary to the participants, rather than post it for
general consumption.

is demand for it, I'll find a way to produce the entire file for any
