Comms for AppleII

Help	Can anybody supply a PD coms program for AppleII on Apple Dos3.3
	format disk
	Or alternativly tell me of a way of transfering data from IBM
	to Apple via serial ports. I don't have manuals for th Apple
	or serial card. But i am sure a short basic program would do
	to transfer a proper coms program into the apple
