Acos Msg file READER

I need to READ an acos msg file. I don't own acos/macos, and don't
really want to.

I just need to get the data thats in the file out into text files.
(one text file per message).

Does anyone have any code to do it? Whether its in Basic, Metal or C,
I really don't care. (I'd prefer Metal code though)
