This is the first I've heard of it. I wasn't aware that Broderbund is
still active in the Apple II or GS development. Where did you hear about
this?

Has the AW 4.0 released yet? Any news about new AWGS? Any news about...
TurboRez (it is a very long wait...)?

According to recent (and I say recent with some reservation. Usenet mail
arrives here 10 days after it's been originally posted), posts it's been
delayed due to a few bugs, but should be released very soon.
 
AWGS, I haven't heard much, but would welcome some news, as well as a
place we can submit ideas for improvement/bugfixes.
 
As for TurboRez, I haven't heard anything since I saw it at Apple Expo
West back in April.
