Re: MD-BASIC problem found

I'm cross-posting this to c.s.a2.programmer where this probably should be
continued.

I noticed in one of your earlier messages that you're using Pointless.
How many TrueType fonts do you have installed? What happens if you
switch it off and try changing your font setting?

Maybe it's some kind of free memory issue. When you select About...
from the apple menu, how much free memory (and largest free block) does
MD-BASIC report?

Also, there are two ways to change fonts in MD-BASIC. You can use the
Format item under the Text menu to change the style for the frontmost
document. Or you can use the Preferences item to set up the default
style for new (and unformatted) documents. Does the Format method work?

Try changing everything but your fonts, and then quit. That should
at least let you change and record your other preferences until we
can find out why this problem is occuring.

It is.

Thanks. This is the first report of such a problem.
