It usually means:

1) You have a overheated GS. Solution: get a fan.
2) You have a overheated Transwarp GS. Solution: get a Zip or open the cover.
3) You have a low power power supply. Solution: Get a heavy duty power supply.
4) You have a unstable keyboard. Solution: Get a new keyboard.

No thanks please. This is because:

1) I have a System Saver GS (in short: fan).
2) I used Zip GS.
3) I have a heavy duty power supply.
4) I just bought a new Keyboard II from Apple.

And unfortunately, despite all efforts, my GS still give me a "$0911" error.
