FREE MOTHERBOARD UPGRADE FOR APPLE IIC
IS MOTHERBOARD # 1651220 ELIGIBLE?
------------------------------------
I have several Apple IIc computers. One of them has the outer casing serial
number-sticker missing but the serial number of the motherboard itself is
still intact.
That serial number is:
1651220
Will this motherboard be eligible for the free upgrade? This motherboard
does not have the self-test, a trait of the middle model (Unidisk 3.5 IIc).
Are all of the "orginal IIc" computers eligible for the free upgrade? I am
sure that this one is an original IIc. Will the upgrade be issued on the
basis of the motherboard's serial number if the casing serial number is
unreadable (The casing serial number was printed only on a gummed sticker.)
Thanks. sebugg
