No, there isn't, and I doubt there ever will be one.

If you want to use a HyperCard IIgs stack, you need HyperCard IIgs.
The full package costs US$69 from Resource Central.  Some commercial
stacks (e.g. Shoebox) are supplied with a licensed copy of HyperCard
IIgs, but it doesn't include the stacks and documentation that are
supplied in the full package.
