It could be going bad. I would suggest that you first try to degause the screen
but if you are not familiar with this process, take it to a TV shop and ask
them to do it for you.
	Before you do that, what is near the monitor in that area? Disk drive?
hi-intensity lamp? Other source of EM or mag interferrence?
