  You need the utility called BINSCII to process a file with the extension BSQ.
  The BSQ file should be a text file, with BINSCII you create a SHK file
that can be processed (unsqueezed) with SHRINKIT.  
 BINSCII can be found in some ftp sites (I think grind.isca.uiowa.edu is one).
