WP files- Identical to version 3.0
SS files- Can be read by older versions if you don't use new functions.
DB files- Substantially different.  Use Ascii files to transfer to old
          version.


The database has undergone the most changes.  It is now a relational
database (based on what I understand a relational database to be).
Get it!
