Kangaroo problems

I've got version 1.3 of Kangaroo, and lately it's beginning to hang alot.
I haven't added anything new to my system, beyond reinstalling System 6.0, but
that's not the problem. I keep getting a hellacious lockout, everytime I try
and run Appleworks GS with Kangaroo. When Kangaroo's gone, AWGS works groovy!

What's going on with Kangaroo?? any upgrades to a bug free version yet?

Oh yeah, the error I get is 1E42, which is followed by a cold boot, to 
get out of the lock-up.
