I have a program which does it, but it has no user interface and the process
definitely isn't automated (you need to build a custom bank file with waveLAB
after conversion of the sequence).  Therefore, I'll convert any midi files you
throw at me, but I'm not gonna release the program because I feel the
potential for misunderstanding what it's supposed to do it too high :)
