hiyaz!

So whose interested in building a DSP card for the gs?   I am, and a mate of mine who is an electronics wiz, a gs programmer and user is.

We want to _finally_ get this thing on the road, and we need _your_ help!

Question 1)  What features are you interested in a DSP??/  i.e. what
_exactly_ do you want it to do???   Do you want it handle maths/music/rendering?

Question 2)  Who would be willing to hep us out, both financially and
software wise?    We're gonna build the card, but we will need some people
to write software for it.  We are going to write little bits of software.

DSPs are not cheap, but the price would be worth it.  If anyone knows
where to get them at reasonable prices.... please reply!

What we would ultimately like to do is rewrite the gs-toolsel (starting with
quickdraw II) to take advantage of the DSP, so practically _every_ gsos
program would perform better!!!!
