It's in System 6.0.1, not in System 6.0.

It is also a read-only FST: you can read files from an MS-DOS disk,
but cannot write anything onto them.

You must have a disk drive which is able to read MS-DOS disks.  The
standard Apple 3.5 Drive cannot do it - you must have a SuperDrive
connected to a SuperDrive card, or a Floptical drive connected to a
SCSI card.

Peter Watson has written a set of utility programs which can copy
files to and from MS-DOS disks, but you still need a disk drive which
can deal with MS-DOS disk formats.
