RamFAST and Apple High-Speed are both excellent.  Which to get really depends
on if you want the fastest speed and willingness to pay for it.

I would recommend either one.

As for the Turbo IDE card, external enclosure for it is harder to come by.
I think it's about as fast as RamFAST (if not faster).  Go for it if you
know you won't need more than two device (ie, a HD & a tape or something).

I don't recommend Turbo IDE as much, bit it is worth a look.
