I can't imagine why anyone would WANT a StyleWriter II driver:
1) It's a serial printer with no text printing ability
2) It's sold by Apple, Inc.
3) You apparently have to kiss Apple, Inc's butt to find out how to
program it.
when several people have stated that it's the same mechanism Canon makes.
Why would anyone want a Canon driver?
1) It's a parallel printer that's perfectly happy printing text (and
would be just as happy printing graphics with a driver)
2) It's not made by Apple, Inc.
3) You don't have to lick Canon to get the programming manual.

I don't speak for Apple, Inc., but I'd like to.
