     Amazing!  I was wondering the same thing, and then voila!  It was
shown in the November Computer Shopper magazine.  I guess the best way
to describe it is sort of as a Control-Panel-like window that features
memory usage (gas gauge), clock, allows DOS commands, and lets you
open new programs (although under multi-tasking Windows it remains open).
It looks like it would combine several existing NDAs into one.
