I have found that it is not the FV's fault when it comes to flickering
during 3200 pics, at least in my case.

If you have GS+'s CoolCursor installed, and the "Draw Cursor only
when safe" option OFF, meaning it draws regardless, you will see
the flicker when using FV.  I went nuts trying to find this, adding
and removing DAs/Inits/CDevs/etc. and rebooting.  As long as you leave
the "Draw only when safe" option ON, you will not have this problem.

I guess I should mail GS+ about this.
