Hmm. Make sure the usual is true: You set ftransfer type to binary in both
ftp and the protocol you used to transfer the files afterwards, make sure your
link to the machine you ftp from is 8-bit clean (look out for rlogins
and telnets here), etc. Your problem sounds as if you corrupt the files
somewhere along the way, and the most common error is to use 7-bit at some
point in the process.
