Harddrive upgrade

I'm hoping to upgrade my 20Meg harddrive to something (anything) with
greater capacity.  I would like to simply remove the existing mechanism
from the case and install a new one, saving me the cost of a new power
supply etc.  As I understand it, this is a simple process (looks simple
to me anyway).  My current drive is a CMS20 which uses a Seagate
mechanism.  I am assuming I can replace that with another Seagate as the
simplest approach.  What other options should I explore?  I saw an ad
for some MFM mechanisms but I don't know if those would be compatible.
Anyone out there care to educate me?  Anyone out there happen to have
a used mechanism for sale??
