Now, was this published before or after they announced the
cancellation of the project due to technical difficulties? I don't see
how hard it could be to make. If Gravis can make a excellent sound card
for the IBM PC and sell it for $130, surely Econ can do at least as well
for $200...

Lack of money also tends to kill large projects rather quickly... :(
