Ah - you used "Easy Update" to install System 6.0.1.
For some reason, Easy Update installs one file from the AppleTalk
software, and it complains if AppleTalk is not enabled.
Go into your System:Drivers directory, and disable or remove the file
"SCC.Manager". Note: do _not_ get this confused with "SCSI.Manager"!!

I haven't seen this one, but it is probably being generated by the new
RAM5 driver. (I have a ROM 03, which doesn't have separate min/max
values for the RAM disk size, so the driver probably doesn't check.)
Do you have any INITs installed which check the Battery RAM for
changes?
Take careful note of when the message appears. Is it only after a
cold boot (power on, or after a self-test), or does it happen on a
warm boot (ctrl-apple-reset) as well?
