DOS 3.3 : Disk Controller ROM loads sector 0, track 0.
          Sector 0, Track 0 (Addr $801) loads RWTS from track 0
          RWTS then copies itself to $9600 and loads DOS from the rest of
          track 0, tracks 1 and 2 to the rest of high memory

Note : I don't remember the exact address, but if you boot trace a 3.3 disk,
       you can easily find 'em.

ProDOS : Disk Controller ROM loads sector 0, track 0 which in turn loads in
         sector E.  This loads all of Prodos' bootstrap code.
         Now the bootstrap code proceeds to load "PRODOS.SYSTEM" which in
         turn loads the first .system program to $2000 and runs it.
