Sider Hard Drive Questions

Hi all:

I have been looking for the phone number and address of the company that 
provides tech support and repair of old Sider HD's.  I believe the company's
name is O.E.M. something.  I the past they have run adds in the back of
InCider/A+.  If anyone has the address or old copies of the mag around.
Please post qthe address here.

Also are there any disk utility progrtams available that will support
low level formats and other utilities such as optimization and backup of
Sider Drives other than the utilities that it shipped with?

The sider uses an Xebec card/protocol.
