IIc text editor wanted

I have AppleWorks on the IIc at home and it works well for the larger 
files and text/spreadsheet/database projects, but I'm looking
for a straightforward stand-alone text editing program for
the IIc. I don't want to have to load in AW everytime I want to
twiddle a byte in a source file, for example...

Any recommendations for (shareware | freeware) decent text editors
for IIc ??  (it'd be kinda nice if it could do cut/paste, searches,
and all the other basic editor things we all know & love...)

(Please include SITE info where applicable... not just an app name!!)
