Disk catalogger

Hi all..
	Does anyone have a good share/freeware disk catalogger? I have
a pile of 3.5 disks that are not labeled and would like to be able to
cat them and then generate either a label and/or a file.

I am sure that a utility like this exists. If not, it should :)
