Okay, flopticals can't read 800k. 800K scsi drives?

Thanks for all the responses about 800k floppies and flopticals.  Does
anyone know of a SCSI drive that can read 800K?   I have a dim recollection
of such a beast in one of the mags years ago, anybody know if they are still
being made?
