Oof, I really need to get my butt moving on the sound/music/sampling mini-FAQ
I was writing.  AZ doesn't currently support the SoundMeister, since Econ
doesn't document the interface to the card in the manual.  I'm trying to get
a copy of DigitalSession I can reverse-engineer or something...
