    The SCSI card itself probably doesn't have a limit, but GS/OS can
handle up to 4 gigabytes of hard drive space.  The largest partition you
can get using the HFS FST is 2 gigabytes (2^32 512-byte blocks).  Are
you thinking of plugging in a Seagate 2-gig Barraccuda?  :)
