I'm getting a pretty much full screen here with no white frame but I 
did have to adjust the monitor settings to get it centered.  That's 
with a IIgs ROM 01 and a 19" (wide screen) LCD monitor.

I'm getting a normal checker-board cursor in Applesoft but I do get 
a flashing " ` " in Integer BASIC.  I'm getting an accent mark not a 
single quote.
