Well, I have an original, so I know that it hasn't been "deprotected".
I just copied the files to the HD with the Finder and ran it ... there
is no copy protection.

Copy II Plus, being a ProDOS 8 program, doesn't copy forked files.  Use the
finder or some other gs-specific copier.
