That's it: TypeSet. I already fixed this problem in v1.3.3 of SW. You'll find
this version on GEnie. It would be grateful if someone could transfer it to
c.b.a2, since my access is limited.

Actually this problem was caused by TypeSet. Its patches for the toolcalls
_FamNum2ItemID and _ItemID2FamNum don't return errors when _FixFontMenu was
never called. SW was relying on this.

I reported this bug to Westcode/EGO Systems. However I have to admit that there
was another problem caused by SW when changing font sets with TypeSet. So I
completely rewrote the BuildFontMenu procedure using all these neat IPC request
calls of TypeSet.
