Hard Pressed

I've just found a "funny" bug with Hard Pressed and ModZap. It seems that
Hard Pressed can and will compress ModZap over and over again, even if
ModZap had already been compressed. But the compression of a compressed
ModZap doesn't corrupt the file, surprisingly. I can still run the doubly
(triply, ....) compressed ModZap from Finder without any problems.

What's with ModZap that other programs don't have?? Why does HP go
bonkers over it? This "bug" is non-destructive but gets a bit annoying at
times. The ModZap in question is the latest version (0.93b? can't
remember). Would Ian or Andy care to comment?

-------------------------------

BTW, Andy, thanks for the Simple PRofile Editor, it's really cool. Though
small and simple, SPRE really serves my needs well. I can now have my own
profile (at last!). :) And I seriously think Hard Pressed with SPRE eats
AutoArk for lunch! <-- (hiaks, hiaks, Thye Chean, read this) :-)

Andy, mail SPRE to GS+ and kick Disbrow's butt for saying AutoArk is
comparable to HP in his review. Disbrow's obviously biased just because
he owns AA. Why, he didn't even mention (chose not to mention?) that AA
_ALWAYS_ recompress your files after you've finished running them whereas
HP does not. This stupid irritating feature of AA alone puts me off.
Good thing I made HP my choice. :)

Anyway Andy, just thought I'll let you know that your work _is very much_
appreciated. Hoping to see further upgrades to HP! :)
