Eek. What a thought. Ideally you'd use ISO-9660 for it (perhaps with the
Apple extensions), or HFS. That's slower in access than ProDOS, but
who cares ... a CD-ROM is for archiving only anyway, or online access,
and then it doesn't have to be ultra-fast.
