system error meaniungs

I have recently begun to experience weird problems on my GS. At
times it wants to repeat certain keys ad infinitum, the only
way to get it to stop is to power down and start over.

Doing the built in self test I at times get an OK at others get 
bad system with error #09010001. This has happened both with a
Transwarp card in and out of the system. I at first suspected
the transwarp card since the transwarp self tests are not
working properly. When using the dianostic disk everything
checks out OK when the transwarpm card is removed and one
gets the 'system speed / interupts failed' message when the
transwarp card is installed.

I also am frequently getting the fatal system error #0911 upon
boot up.

Any ideas what could be causing this and steps which can be
taken to stop it from occuring?
