Is this a scsi card?

	I have a odd card I think might be a scsi card.

	Description:
		   # 200-10290 REV B
		   26 pin ribbon cable connector
		   chip that has a sticker on it with RV typed on it
		   4 other smaller chips
		   2 jumper block sets near the top of the card

 	Any info on this thing would be appreciated,
