Apple II archive site questions

Is wuarchive.wustl.edu the official Apple II ftp site, or does one reside
elsewhere?  I assume that submitted files be in BinSCII format, but what
about the size of files?  Can the BinSCII segments all be included in
one file?

I ask because I've just finished the first IIGS release of MicroEMACS 3.12
and want to make it available via ftp.  Due to the size of the executables,
sources, and documentation, I'm reluctant to try posting all this to
comp.binaries.apple2.
