GS/OS 6.0.1 3-way hang with File Manager and ShadowWrite

I've been trying to get a stable setup with GS/OS System 6.0.1 for a while.

Latest hitch, a system hang when I use Jeff Hartkopf's indispensable File
Manager NDA (V2.0, I think). The DA window comes up, and the file select
dialog works, but when I accept the selected file, the dialog box goes away
and then - nothing. The mouse still moves, but the system requires rebooting.

I disabled all my third-party INITs, CDEVs, and DAs, and then by re-enabling
them one at a time I isolated the problem to some interaction between File
Manager and ShadowWrite V3.1. When both are enabled, ShadowWrite works fine
but File Manager hangs. When ShadowWrite is disabled, File Manager works as
expected.

This combination of DAs works properly under System 6.0.

I suspect that the problem is in the way ShadowWrite puts its fingers into
the system's file selection code to trap the file types it wants to open. I
have not disabled all its file trapping; that's next.
