I vote for A and C

I have a hard time getting a successful DL of SHK files - as I have 'heard'
others do to.  I vote for A

I have no strong feeling on this one - but since a longer, more descriptive
filename is allowed, why not.  It helps a lot if the Version# is included
in the filename - you may have the file but want to DL a newer version -
with the version# in the filename, you can tell without searching the readmes,
etc.
