I have an apple //gs which I'd like to add a HD... I've bought a
scsi card, and a seagate drive mechanism... the question is: Do I
have enough spare power in my gs's stock power supply to power the
driver, or is it best to provide the drive with it's own dedicated
supply.
I don't currently have the specs for the drive, but i believe it's
maximum power useage is 13W. The GSs supply is capabale of supplying
38W, is there enough left for the drive??
Any advice would be appreciated.
