TypeWest is just a collection of TT fonts.
The program that creates reports about TT fonts is called TypeSet.
Now answering your question: No, TypeSet doesn't provide an option to save reports
as paint files. It just sends reports either to a printer or to the screen
(in a window). Of course, saving reports would be nice IMHO.
