     If they can do single run-offs onto those special writable
discs it might make the cost reasonable.  Instead of creating 250
discs in the hopes of selling them (at great cost), single discs
can be made one-at-a-time.
     Of course, this depends a lot on exactly what kind of hardware
they have to work with, and how much they charge per disc.
