Well, I don't know where the programs are that you are looking for,
but I do know that you could write a small Applesoft program which
will do the same thing for you.  And it wouldn't be all that big
either.

Of course, then you start the program up and take a vacation or something
due to the slowness of Applesoft. ;)  I've done this many times and
the program isn't hard to write at all.
